Since the move to
the new Post-Carbon Living Home, in the Totteridge Conservation area
in May 2008, we started immediate work to completely rejuvenate
the property from ECO-no-hoper to shining example.... We have
started looking for partners in the Council and Industry to help
us install a Biomass Wood Pellet Boiler. This will be no small
feat in a Conservation AND Smoke Control Zone! We need Planning
Permission for almost anything. However the first CFL's and
draught excluders are in place. We will follow up with new
Sheep's Wool Loft Insulation. |
